For more experienced practitioners we have senior roles, with your own key children, with support and training in supervisory and management qualifications. We have a proven track record of “growing our own” with the majority of our current management teams having started their career with us, gaining professional qualifications and experience, leading to promotion to their current roles.

Nursery Assistant - St Marks Rd
We have a vacancy for a cover member of staff to work in our small friendly nursery, providing assistance across the nursery. Experience of working with children is preferred but not essential as training as training will be provided. An Enhanced DBS will be required along with the standard Health Declaration. Five years residency is preferred but not essential. We are looking for an enthusiastic childcare practitioner to join our friendly team caring for the incredible children that attend our nursery. This vacancy is a full-time permanent position and the candidate will ideally have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare, although full support will be given for those looking to gain their professional qualifications. This vacancy is a part-time permanent position providing cover across all rooms in the nursery. We can offer either a fixed number of hours or a flexible zero-hours contract, depending on the preference of the candidate. Ideally the candidate will have experience of working with children in an Early Year setting, although full training will be provided.
